Description
Lead role in Product Configuration changes, review task requirements with department management and provide instructions and support to staff members for required software updates, preferred roaming lists and script files to support customer requirements. Inspection and corrective actions to correct product quality issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Aid in determining steps required for work processes.
-PC operation and staff training utilizing specific custom applications.
-Establish and support Product inspection and quality criteria.
-Product packaging, labeling, palletizing and data collection for customer delivery.

Requirements:
-Handset background/Wireless industry strongly preferred, or experience in Manufacturing/Production environment.
-One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
-Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.df-tc
