Description
Position Description:
Responsible for the leading the development and execution of system tests for a wireless measurement product. This will include:
Writing test plans requirements from product specifications, executing test cases and documenting results.
Tracking defects, helping engineers debug problems and providing customers with Level 2 support.
Serving in the role as a field application engineer for on-site installation and support.
Creating and managing schedules and setting-up technical support team.

Required Skills:

BS in engineering/computer science or equivalent. MS preferred.
5+ years experience in System Integration and Test
A thorough understanding of test methodologies, including test planning, test case design, functional, system and regression testing.
Prior experience successfully managing small teams of engineers in system test and customer technical support
Basic knowledge of RF, RF test equipment and 802.11 technology
Solid understanding of servers for both Unix and Windows environments
Excellent verbal, written communications skills.
Self starter possessing good interpersonal skills with both colleagues and customers
Able to work effectively in a dynamic, small company environment
Moderate travel
