Description
Currently seeking a Linux Administrator for a Full-Time opportunity in Carson, California. Great work environment and very profitable, stable organization.

Will be Managing Production RedHat Linux system as System Administrator.

Responsibilities include:
--Upgrade the infrastructure with new O/S, code & patches
--Respond to monitoring alerts as part of a 24/7 team
--Manage automated backup system
--Write and schedule maintenance scripts in Perl/Python/Shell
--Respond to escalated technical support requests from Tier 2 support.
--Support the rollout of additional sever/switch capacity

Experience/Skills
--5+ years networking/systems administration
Proven ability manage production systems through automated scripting

Proficiency with:
--Perl/Python/Shell scripting
--Redhat Linux
--Experience with Windows Active Directory and Exchange a plus.
