Description
We are looking for a Linux Lead Systems Engineer who can Build, maintain, and improve high availability server images (RedHat Linux 8, 9, ES). This includes installation, upgrade and replacement of various hardware components (RAID, SATA), installation and configuration of various firmware for generating and propagating hardware alerts, installation and configuration of system management software (Intel Server Manager, Dell Open Manage, Adaptec Management Browser Edition) to receive and process alerts.
Implement, update systems monitoring using Nagios, MRTG and various custom scripts.Automate operational and system administration related activities by various scripting, such as data and database (including mySQL database) backup mechanisms.
