Description
Litigation Technologist - Network Focus Provides case management and litigation support for the office, working under the direction of the Litigation Technology Supervisor and in conjunction with the firm's staff attorneys and associates. Duties include supporting litigation software, hardware and networks; managing VMWare and network storage; overseeing and monitoring vendor projects for quality control; training attorneys and paralegals on automated litigation support services; working with litigation teams to create and maintain automated document tracking systems; staying abreast of new trends and best practices in the industry; testing and ensuring quality in all product deliverables; and recommending, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting databases and imagebases. Candidates must have 2-3 years experience in the litigation support industry or in the litigation practice area of a law firm and have substantial working knowledge of litigation support and computer network technology. Experience with complex, multi-party litigation preferred. Paralegal background a plus. Candidates should have effective skills in oral and written communication, organization, problem-solving, diplomacy, customer service and working under pressure.
