LOGICAL DATA MODELER CONSULTANT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The Logical Data Modeler consultant must be experienced in developing data models for both new developments and reviewing existing applications and meet all the following minimum requirements:

1.Have four (4) years experience in the last seven (7) years developing logical data models for requirements, gap analysis studies, or new development efforts;
2.Conducted a minimum of three (3) complete data models for different systems or development efforts;
3.One (1) of the logical data models must have been for highly complex system that required the use of data warehousing and data marts;
4.One (1) of the logical data models must have been for a review / audit of an existing complex production system (1000 users - 200 entities) using an oracle database that included recommendations for improvement;
5.One (1) of the logical data models must have been for law enforcement related system; Note: The Law Enforcement Reference must be a current employee of a Law Enforcement agency.
6.Two (2) of the logical data models must have been developed using Oracle Designer one of which using Oracle Designer 9i.
