We are looking for the following:Individuals to handle Increased call volume and e-mails Answer incoming calls and e-mails to troubleshoot LCD monitor and TV problems Process orders for customers Coordinate repair shipments and service calls Education/Experience, and Qualifications Required:- Degree in Computer Hardware related field preferred- Minimum 2 years in call center required.
