Looking for experienced Lotus Administrator Domino Semi-Web Skilled Analyst IT Professional to join the customer s team in Vance AL. Must have very strong Lotus Notes Expertise and Strong CRM-People Skills. Work must be done at the customer s site in Vance AL. This candidate must also have testing, QA, and change mgmt expertise. Must have very broad technical skills. Excellent strong communcations, Written Oral Interpersonal Team skills, Technical Documentation skills, and works well in a high powered team environment at customer s site. At a minimum, must have 5-yrs experience in Notes Admin Domino HelpDesk Support. Strong LotusScripting skills, detailed workflow development expertise skills, Cascading Style Sheets, HTMLDHTML Javascript, etc. Customer may participate in the interview process to assure right addition to existing team. The Lotus Notes Domino Administrator willProvide back-up support for Lotus Notes Client Support specialist Plan notes upgrades and tasks accordingly Create user ids as requested for internals and externals. Be the primary liason between the customer and the Notes team is responsible for making requests of the CSC team Maintain software and data for existing Domino-based Extranet systems, including web interface, Factory Delivery Reservations System and several systems for interfacing to suppliers. Work closely with operating system administrators AIX and Windows to monitor and optimize system performance, solve problems, and planfuture requirements. Coordinate with systems architects in planning and design of computer, network, and software architectures as these relate to Lotus Domino, and manage their implementation and integration with existing infrastructure. Assist with administration of Lotus Notes Domino systems, including system installation and configuration, applying upgrades patches, user-ID privileges maintenance, arranging server backups restores, and troubleshooting server issues Ensure intercommunication between Notes-basedsystems and back-end databases LEI and Notrix Provide technicalassistance with testing of Lotus-Domino-based application systems Maintain software and replication of data for existing Domino-based Extranet systems, including extranet access, FDS, Supplier Rating, CARS, and SCG for interfacing to suppliers. Ensure that new systems are coherent with the philosophy of design of MBUSI systems and with those of business partners for systems involving extranets and business-to-business data exchange Assist with training or planning of training for user groups, implementation of systems, data conversions, loading of systems with dataf for testing and or production. Train and assist first-level helpdesk and desk-side support in order to more efficiently route Lotus Notes issues dual role with Lotus Notes Client Support Specialist Cross-trained with other Systems Engineering functions, especially Database, PDA, and operating systems.
