Description
3 to 5 years administrator experience with Lotus Notes is a must. Functional responsibilities include installation, maintenance, configuration, and performance tuning of Lotus Notes application. Troubleshoot performance issues utilizing root-cause analysis and recommend appropriate action. Ensure the availability of application and infrastructure supported. Implements new concepts, techniques, and standards as required. Ensures solutions are consistent with organizational objectives and enterprise architecture standards. Design and develop e-mail disaster recovery strategies. Excellent customer service skills are required. Ingenuity and innovation are a must. Candidate will perform other duties as needed.

Experience/Skills
3 to 5 years administrator experience with Lotus Notes is required. IBM Certified Systems Administrator (version 6 or higher). Thorough knowledge of Domino security, certifiers (purpose and how to use) and mail routing. Proactive troubleshooting which includes daily searches of log files for any error messages as well as corrective responses. Fundamental knowledge of enterprise architecture including systems, storage, networks, databases, and backup / recovery systems are required. Excellent customer service skills are required. Ingenuity and innovation are a must. Preferred qualifications include IBM Certified Systems Administrator (version 8), experience leading a major release migration, clustering, escrow agent, Notes Certificate Authority, policies / settings, and the knowledge of key statistics and monitoring events / stat thresholds, and ID recovery. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 to 5 years technical experience required.
