Description
TASKS
.Provide technical support for Lotus Notes system software and applications in a Windows 2000/XP environment.
.Perform as a member of the ITD Application Development Team, working with End users, supervisors, and managers to develop custom applications.
.Maintain awareness of Lotus Notes and other systems and recommend modifications to improve the operation of Lotus Notes Custom.
.Keep current on the web development tools and technologies and present those findings to the ITD Application Development Team.
.Attend Lotus Notes/Migration team meetings, status meetings, and other meetings as requested.
.Analyze requested system enhancements/modifications and develop/maintain applications as requested.
.Develop/maintain application and system level documentation and provide flow charts along with detailed logic specifications.
.Analyze and propose solutions to production/processing problems.
.Develop work plan detailing tasks.
.Develop test plan and test environment to create test data to test program/system changes.
.Review test data output for program/system modification accuracy.
.Ensure database compliance and security.
.Perform a "walk through" for all work performed on an as-requested or as-needed basis.
.Provide training and demonstrations to end-users.
.Ensure/Provide back-up coverage for development support when original developer is unavailable.
.Respond to certain help-line calls in a timely manner as determined by the Project Manager.
.Travel to office sites and assist in training, instruction and analysis, as requested.
.Meet projected target dates. If unable to do so, keeps the Project Supervisor informed on the status of the assignment including the reason for delay in the periodic status report/meeting.
.Prepare memos, letters, forms and documents, as requested.
.Provide time sheet for approval and signature.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.Five (5) years experience, within the last six (6) years, designing, developing, and implementing Lotus Notes R5.x/R6.x workflow applications including all aspects of the development cycle: requirements definition, specifications, design and development, integration testing, documentation, user training, and implementation.
2.Four (4) years experience, within the last five (5) years, developing and implementing enterprise web based Lotus Notes/Domino Applications using Lotus Scripting language an automated workflow engine for a governmental social services agency.
3.Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years, integrating external data sources (RDBMS, Flat files, etc.) with Lotus Notes/Domino Databases.
4.Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years, managing and maintaining an enterprise critical Human Resource System.
5.Must be a Certified Lotus Professional (CLP) and bring evidence of certification to the interview.
6.Two (2) years experience, within the last five (5) years, developing applications using SQL DB, VB, VB.NET, Java and JavaScript.
7.Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Engineering or closely related field from an accredited four-year college/university. A copy must be submitted at the time of the interview.
