We currently are seeking a Lotus Notes Developer in our South Bend, Indiana office, who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining system applications and interfaces. The individual would work closely with the business and IS to develop new solutions and support existing Lotus Notes applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops applications in Lotus Notes/Domino R6.5 environment
Evaluates, enhances, and maintains current Notes applications
Provides day to day Lotus Notes support
Performs the full Development Life Cycle following IS standard methodology
Develops estimates and completes assignments on time and within budget
Conducts research, advises on new technology, and evaluates alternative solutions
Works with internal clients and IS development team; minimal travel

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelorâ??s degree in MIS and/or Lotus Notes Certification with 2-5 years experience
Minimum 2 years experience developing business applications required
Lotus Notes / Domino development - R6.x
Strong expertise in LotusScript required
TeamStudio development tools
LEI
XML
Web based application development, a plus
Strong analytical and application design skills
Ability to effectively work in teams as well as independently
Strong communication skills required
