Description
. Participate in time and cost estimates for application development work
. Develop/test/deploy applications in accordance with specifications & standards
. Manage projects through the entire software development life cycle
. Create technical documentation and test plans
. Gather requirements and ensure that all methodology standards are fulfilled.

Skills Required:
. Good communication skills are a must as the candidate will interface with various internal and external partners as part of daily activities
. Must be a advocate of software development best practices
. Candidate should be self-motivated, able to do independent research and development and contribute in a team environment
. Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
. 3-5+ years R5/R6 Notes/Domino Developer (web and client)
. LotusScript, JavaScript, Team Studio, and HTML all required.
. Lotus Notes/Domino administrative experience a strong plus
. Strong knowledge of HTML, XML and other standard Internet technologies
. Practical knowledge of design methodologies
. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
. Work with data import using LEI and other database integration tools
. RDBMS technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, &/or DB2 preferred)
. Ability to effectively handle multiple projects, acquire new skills and consistently deliver high quality throughout

Following technologies a plus:
. CGI/Perl
. Unix & Unix Scripting
. Java
