Description
The Lotus Notes Programmer Analyst will be responsible for enhancing and providing production support for existing applications as well as new application development within the investment systems group. The applications range from very simple to fairly complex. The programmer analyst will work fairly independently with end users to gather requirements, develop prototypes, conduct testing, and implement solutions. Some of these users are senior within the organization and the programmer must be professional, appropriate, and clear in all communications.

- Strong communication skills that non technical end users can understand
