Robert Half Technology is looking for a Help Desk Analyst who can provide support on Lotus Notes and Blackberry Server. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support for end users both hardware and software problems using MS Windows 2003/XP/ ADS environments. The Help Desk Analyst will handle and resolve all end user issues via 100% telephone support. Responsibilities will include, solving problems and escalation of level 2 calls. This is a contract position. Experience/Skills
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to extract information from end user to resolve computer related hardware/software issues. Experience using remote access tools similar to PC Anywhere is required. The Help Desk Analyst will have 3+ years of experience in a helpdesk setting with 100% phone support. You will be responsible for light troubleshooting technical issues on the following platforms: Windows XP, MS Office XP Applications, Lotus Notes 6.5, basic network connectivity troubleshooting and blackberry support
