Description
CDI is in need of a Lotus Notes Support individual to join our team.

Individual will work on a team who supports Lotus Notes environments for both internal and external Client customers.

Will be responsible for taking ownership of problem tickets that are submitted to the team and following through up to and including resolution, while documenting the information into a ticketing system.

Knowledge of Intel and Unix operating Systems are a must, as well as solid written and verbal communication skills.
