Description
Lotus Notes Tech Support -Minimum 5 years experience with Lotus Notes Client (v 6) installation, configuration, and upgrading. Familiarity with Lotus Domino Server Administration (V 6) and BlackBerry Enterprise Server (V 4) required.

Lotus Notes certification is required.

Excellent customer service, people, documentation, and organization skills are required.

Experience/Skills

  • Provide high level assistance to Help Desk, Desktop Support, and District IT Support Personnel in resolving Lotus Notes Client issues with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
  • Promote user awareness of the Lotus Notes Client features and capabilities.
  • Assist in Lotus Domino Server administration as needed. Support (and assist in administration when needed) adjacent Notes technologies such as BlackBerry Enterprise Server and Domino.doc.
