Description
* Review Client drawings and provide direction for materials and processes invoked in design of metallic aircraft parts. * Review Client documents and provide direction for internal processes i.e. - DDMs, Engineering Standard Work, Client Specifications, aircraft finishes specifications. * Develop and provide guidelines and documents on accepted practices for rotary aircraft materials and finishes. * Extensive experience in aircraft aerospace materials and finishes is required. * Knowledge of properties and applications of metallic materials used in aerospace constructions, including: titanium, magnesium, steels, aluminum. * Knowledge and experience with processes integral to the use of metallic materials in aerospace components, including: heat treatment, forming, finishes, wear and corrosion resistance. * Working knowledge of non-destructive testing requirements during fabrication of components. * For finishes, awareness of environmental friendly, low EH&S impact alternates for traditional finishes is required. * Knowledge and experience with documents controlling the use of those materials and processes, including ADS13, SD24L and SAC documents for materials and finishes. * Drug Screening* Background Check* US Citizenship Apply directly at: ?r=gaddf-tc
