World renown educational institute is looking for a Help Desk I to handle support calls for Macintosh issues and backup the PC help desk. Must be able to resolve complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge across both OS platforms. An Apple certification is preferred, but not required. Must possess the ability to provide world class customer service and communicate effectively to non-technical users.The ideal Help Desk I candidate will be familiar with HTML as some web updates will be requiredTo be a qualified Help Desk I professional you must have at least 1 year MAC support in a professional environment (MAC stores count as well).
