We are currently seeking a Major Accounts Executive to be located at our San Antonio, TX or Atlanta, GA facility.

The Major Account Executive will be responsible for managing 1-2 Major Accounts for Harland Clarke.

Additonally, this individual will be responsible for the management, strategic direction and sales initiatives assigned to the Major Accounts Executive; he/she maintains and improves decision-making contacts at the executive level throughout assigned relationships. Leader of Major Accounts relationship and facilitator of the Harland Clarke team activity within Major Accounts relationships. Drive Performance Excellence behavior into accounts and advocate positive change through passion for the customer. This position may have responsibility for multiple accounts.

The Major Accounts Executive's key role is to focus on the drivers for business improvement within the assigned account(s); lead change with the client; develop relationships at EVP and above levels and communicate direction and customer experiences.

The Major Account Executive must have a thorough understanding of strategic account priorities, and maintain personal relationships across the Executive levels of the account(s). Facilitate the involvement of appropriate members of Harland Clarke Leadership and appropriate subject matter experts into the relationship. Comprehensive goal is to manage the relationship in such a manner that they become long-term clients.

The overall responsibility is to position and sell Harland Clarke's solutions through key Executive relationships; Development of new revenue streams through Harland Clarke's solutions activity and continuous improvement in phone and internet channel penetration.

Identify and manage agreed upon scorecard measures and goals; participates in regularly scheduled strategic planning; lead solution deployment and IT integration expertise into account; responsible for overall execution of the agreed upon strategic plan. Conducts executive level client review at least annually.

Lead selected projects and maintains oversight of all impact projects.

Drives progress toward achieving company and division goals as they relate to client needs.

Responsible for utilizing the Major Accounts Executive model.

Education & Knowledge Required
Bachelors Degree Required (Sales / Marketing Concentration Preferred)

Experience / Skills / Abilities Required
Ability to interface with executive levels
Increase account share while enhancing revenue streams.
Successful pilot implementation of Harland Clarke solutions across account.
Ability to focus on assigned targets and achieve measurable results.
Minimum of 4-5 years sales or relevant experience.
Superior interpersonal communication skills including: written communication, verbal communication
