MAJOR INVESTMENT FIRM SEEKING: Java Swing Equities Developer for Midtown Manhattan Location!!! MUST LIVE IN TRI-STATE AREA TO BE CONSIDERED!

Description:
Seeking a mid-level developer to join the technology team responsible for algorithmic trading application. The Model automates the execution of order flow for a wide variety of internal desks and clients. Responsibilities would include design, develop and enhance user interfaces for the system in both Java Swing and Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, etc). Meet with business users and quantitative research team to review requirements and specifications. Integrate our components and coordinate releases with existing Order Management Systems and provide support as necessary.

Mandatory Requirements for Consideration:
. 3+ years experience
. Strong Java skills, particularly Swing and Web Services
. Solid HTML/JavaScript/XML/XSL
. Working knowledge of databases (SQL, Sybase, Kdb)
. Tibco experience a plus
