Manager/Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Operations ($90k - $108k)

Job Description
* Manage and direct a team of Network Analysts that are responsible for: o Providing operational reporting metrics on system availability and performance. o Supporting over 300 servers worldwide. o Maintaining the Microsoft based infrastructure consisting of Active Directory 2003, Exchange 2003, SMS 2003, and MOM 2005. o Maintaining the global Cisco LAN/WAN and VOIP infrastructure. o Maintaining the remote access and Citrix solutions. o Operating and maintaining data centers at 6 locations worldwide. o Performing monthly after hours maintenance periods. o Installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and replacing network and server hardware. - Responsible for team results on quality measurements, including on-time delivery, meeting deadlines, adherence to policy and procedures, and integrity of systems. - Oversees and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. - Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, outsourcing partners, and internal customers. - Responsible for the successful execution of multiple/concurrent projects, including resolution of major issues. - Effectively lead, motivate, and develop direct reports. - Provide timely recommendations to upper management regarding hiring, termination, promotions, and training needs.

Job Requirements
Education: - Four year Information Systems related degree - MCSE a plus - CCNE a plus - ITIL training or certification a plus Experience Required: - 7 - 10 years experience in a medium to large enterprise network environment. - 5 years of management experience. - Infrastructure and operations experience highly desired. - High level of knowledge and skill in Microsoft and Cisco technologies. Skills and Abilities Required: - Comfort around upper management. - Must have excellent oral and written skills with the ability to express technical knowledge, process and procedures in a clear and easily understood manner. - Up to 20% travel required. - Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build strong collaborative partnerships. - Good conflict resolution, time management, and meeting facilitation skills. - Ability to manage change effectively and maintain a flexible management response to changing circumstances and needs.
