Description
This position requires strong Oracle SCM and strong management experience for a staff of up to 5 direct reports.

The IT Manager, Global Supply Chain Application Management, assumes control of all functions related to global ERP Supply Chain Applications and support Global Supply Chain Planning group. Work with upper management on re-engineering efforts and be a strong advocate for the business community within the IT infrastructure. Must manage group of IT application analysts who works with business users to support new processes, resolve issues with existing systems and effectively assess business problems, gather and define requirements. Manage integration of project activities and information across project teams. Manage budgets, internal & external resources and perform cost/benefit analyses. Support Finance group to close the book on time with efficiency.



The ideal candidate must have a four year degree in Computer Sciences or related field, 7+ years of management experience in a medium- or large-scale IS organization, preferably international in scope, with demonstrated ERP application management responsibility for the areas of Supply Chain and others. Must have advanced training and experience in the following areas: project management and control, leadership and team-building techniques, initiative analysis, resource management, and budgeting and planning.
