MANAGER, TECHNICAL SERVICES NORTH AMERICA; 60-90K PERM The Position reports to the Manager, Client Services (based in New Zealand) and is responsible for the following activities within the North American marketplace: . Management of all technical activities for Company . In conjunction with the Manager, Client Services co-ordinate ordering and delivery of technology to customers' site . Undertaking technology implementations (hardware & software) for customers . Undertaking customer training programs . Continually reviewing the hardware platform so as to maintain leading edge technology in a cost effective manner for customers . Develop strong relationships with broadcast technology companies . Assist sales personnel with sales proposals and concepts. . Providing 1st tier customer support for the North American marketplace . Up-selling customers with additional applications and services . Updating and regular reporting via the customer support web based system. Minimum 3-5 years experience in the media, technology or telecommunications industry . Strong technical skills encompassing knowledge of PC hardware that incorporates video graphic technology, SQL server and dot net software. . Knowledge of handset technologies and mobile TV technologies as advantage . Strong organizational and analytical skills . University graduate or higher . Strong communication and presentation skills . Must be attentive to details in respect to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction . Position based in the USA (Los Angeles). .
