Description
Assist with the general activities of the Operational Marketing Team while owning and maintaining specific tasks. Maintain the manual lead tracking process to enable distribution, tracking, monitoring and reporting of all leads to pipeline opportunities. Maintain a common lead database based on information gathered from multiple sources, i.e., Web hits, 800 #, targeted campaigns, trade shows, events, etc.. Assist with the tracking, monitoring and processing on all Operational Marketing budget activities. Learn and utilize the Lead Management Platform tool. Follow up with the Territory Managers (TMs) on a weekly basis regarding the status on the leads that have been distributed. Report weekly activities. Act as a primary contact for Siebel Lead Management and reporting tool Utilize, promote and update Alcatel's global marketing tool. Support daily sales team requests as needed. Act as as the marketing go-to person regarding daily requests. Assist with shipping requests. And provide redirection as needed to other marketing team members. Maintain and update the Marketing Calendar as needed. Conduct ROI analysis, Telemarketing performance reports, etc. Assist in the investigation of marketing events, prepare regional kits, assist with shipping, promotional items inventory management, etc. Coordinate and manage special projects . This includes, but is not limited to: management of promotional items, collateral fulfillment, special reports, etc. Potential conversion to direct hire.df-tc

Experience/Skills
The candidate considered for this position should meet the following qualifications:
-Versed in MS Office Suite
-Working knowledge of Seibel software
