Expert level knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, network operating systems, LAN/WAN and Mainframe or 4+ years experience in operations, applications, or desktop field support. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, ranging from technical support groups to senior and executive management. Proven communication and influencing skills with peers and customers MCSE and A+ certification, ability to obtain Dell and Toshiba certification. Ability to diagnose Windows 2K and XP desktop and laptop hardware and software issues and affected repairs. Ability to load based software images and transfer client data without data lose.
Ability to use Dameware for remote diagnostics and resolution. Ability to diagnose network and data issues from the desktop/laptop to the switch using software and hardware tools. Ability to punch down data connections and voice cross connects a strongly desired.

Responsible for providing first level support to users of various desktop applications such as Microsoft. Ability to multi-task and support high level of trouble shooting user issues via telephone and remote applications.df-tc
