Candidate should have experience working with enterprise level servers, services and related equipment. Strong leadership, team building, writing, communication and editing skills are a must; also the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment. Must have Windows 2000 MCSE certification. Active Directory and Exchange 2003 skills are required.

Other required skills include Windows NT / Windows 2000, Active Directory troubleshooting, Microsoft Exchange 2003 migration, NetIQ, Scripting (any language), SQL Server 7.0 / 2000, Internet Information Server (IIS), and Systems Management Server.

Experience and knowledge of UNIX, mainframe operating systems and various other platform experience would be a plus.
