Responsible for coordination of the Instructional Design process and planning, organization, implementation, and hands on delivery of instructional design activities. Conduct phase evaluation for quality assurance standards and ensure elements are integrated in alignment with established guidelines. Perform coordination activities for design, development, and delivery of designated Training Programs“Instructional Design Coordination *•Instructional Design activities for the organization are coordinated in a manner that supports program/project outcome achievement through liaison and communication activities, as well as performance of related activities including but not limited to:coordinate the client Instructional Design process in through planning and tracking of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation activities.communicate defined Instructional Design objectives to Training team members and contract staff.provide delivery of hands-on Instructional Design activities (i.e., writing learning objectives, content development review, navigational flow and development of learning assessments)ensure Instructional Design elements produced by ID and Media Technology team members are integrated in alignment with defined guidelinesperform ongoing review of Instructional Design activities; make appropriate realignment or provide redirection communications to ensure consistent adherence to the defined system.•Quality Assurance activities for all instructional design phases are conducted in a manner that supports commitment to superior instructional products through performance of activities including but not limited to:lead and participate in overall Quality Assurance processes for training program deliverables.provide phase evaluation and assessment through gap analysis and adjustment recommendationsperform holistic coordination/review of instructional components for overlap, flow, and alignment with learning objectives.participate in the assessment and evaluation of assigned training programs for content substance and appropriate didactic rigor.Training Program Coordination/Delivery (non-DNA) *•Coordinate the overall process for assigned non-DNA Training programs/projects to ensure design, development, and delivery meet stakeholder expectations through activities including but not limited to:copartner with Training Operations Manager/Sr. Coordinator to coordinate training program implementation, including team/resource selection; program/project milestones and outcomes; logistics; and program evaluation activitiescoordinate the process of content development activities with team members and Subject Matter Expertsperform review and editing of technical content for didactic rigorperform coordination of training delivery plans, schedules and logistics of sites, materials, and students in partnership with other team members.training program outcomes are tracked, reported, and overall program evaluation is conducted in partnership with the Training Operations-Instructional Systems Sr Coordinator and stakeholders.Leadership Activities *Work Guidance is provided through the coordination of resources; work assignment, monitoring & feedback to team members.EDUCATION:•Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Adult Education, or related field. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:•Minimum of five (5) years experience in Training and Development and/or Instructional Systems Design within a corporate e-learning environment.
