General Summary:
This position is responsible for successful and extensive usage of company software products for implementing clients in the healthcare industry.

Essential Job Functions:
? Performs onsite process reviews for implementing clients to assess client work process and make recommendations on how to integrate processes within company's software products.
? Make process improvement recommendations to implementing clients.
? Identify opportunities for improvement in use of system and provide/coordinate solutions.
? Performs site-specific consulting with regard to usage of company's products.
? Teams with Project Manager and Technical Services Analyst to ensure successful implementation.
? Makes designs recommendations for indicators and adhoc reports.
? Maintains status report of clients' effectiveness of system usage.
? Works with client to remove barriers and obstacles preventing effective system usage.
? Responsible for learning and implementing new software updates and integrating latest software versions into current processes.
? Conducts onsite visits throughout the implementation to assess project status and perform consulting, as required.
? Maintains database of industry standard terms, data, and reports to be used for Training, Sales, & client distribution to represent best practices and the latest regulatory requirements as applicable.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in nursing or other clinical discipline preferred. A minimum of three years clinical field experience in a healthcare setting in quality management, utilization management, case management or other major functional area of MIDAS+ products. Experience in implementing and managing MIDAS+ products in a healthcare facility required.
