MIS Analyst II (0202)

BASIC FUNCTION:
As part of M&T’s Mortgage Division, the MIS Analyst II would provide system support, personal computer and/or mainframe to assigned department on complex, non-routine projects. Acts in a liaison capacity between assigned department and Technology personnel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all day-to-day reporting and database maintenance
Develops and produces standard and ad hoc departmental reports and spreadsheets
Participates and works as a team member on various departmental projects
Analyzes data pertaining to department providing management with feedback
May be System Security Administrator
Monitors/troubleshoots secondary system interfaces
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or above in IS, Finance or Business or have at least 5+ years experience in related environment
Minimum of two years experience in the IS field
MS Access advanced level skills required
MS Excel advanced level skills required
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
MS Access – VBA high level
MS Excel – VBA high level
Mortgage Industry experience
Crystal Reports with business objects
