Description
Function:
Manage and oversee all functions and projects of the MIS department. No staff.

Be available as necessary off hours for remotely fixing problems. Some travel as necessary to Miami office as issues arise.

Report:
Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Profile: The person needed for this position must be able to run the systems department independently. Person must have a strong work ethic and possess excellent oral and written communications skills and strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Must be organized and on top of all projects following each of them through to their completion.

Must know the following fluently:
1. Microsoft Exchange Server
2. Windows 2003 Server Network Operating Systems
3. Virtual Server Workstation / VMware
4. Windows XP Professional SP2
5. Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services/ Remote desktop
5. MS Office 2000/2003 Professional
6. PC Hardware
7. Laser Printers
8. MAS90
9. McAfee 7.0, Norton Antivirus Corp Edition 10.0, Inoculan 4.0
10. Crystal reports

A plus it the candidate knows the following:
1. BrightStor ArcServ 11.0
