HERE'S WHAT WE NEED-

A MIS Manager who's primary responsibilities will include hands-on management for the team that develops, manages and supports the solutions for all MIS solutions: Corporate Intranet, Laptop/Desktop Standards, Microsoft Backoffice, HRIS, Financial Applications, CRM, Sales Force Automation and Web Policy/Enforcement. This person will be responsible for definition, documentation, prototyping, deployment, establishing service level standards and troubleshooting of the complete WinTel infrastructure, including but not limited to: Corporate Domain Servers, Directory Services, File shares, print services, Domain definitions and trust, user/group administration procedures, backup/recovery, application selection and deployment, laptop/desktop image definitions and rollouts, desktop/laptop selection, application selection and deployment (Exchange, Active Directory, Site Server, Communications Server, MS Office, etc).

Requirements:

  • Manages the creation, maintenance, implementation and support of the global IT end user infrastructure services
  • Corporate Domain services server configuration and deployment architecture
  • Corporate Domain user authentication and secured access: Domains, trusts, groups-
  • Back office services performance (monitoring and tuning)
  • Manages the Financial Application systems and provide the Finance organization with technical guidance and support.
  • Manages the Corporate Intranet website and works closely with department managers to understand the technical needs and requirements for their organizations.
  • Works closely with the Human Resources department to provide technical guidance and support of all HRIS systems.
  • Manages the development standard laptop/desktop images for the deployment of standard environment systems.
  • Manages the planning, design and implementation and support of high quality Microsoft Back Office environments that include: IIS and Exchange, among others
  • Ensures the development and use of an effective preventive maintenance program suitable to meet the operation objective of '99.9% availability.' And other SLA objectives
  • Recommends maintenance policies and establishes procedures to support those policies.
  • As a member of the team will respond to all system problems on a 24-hour per day, 7-days per week basis.
  • Supports the goals and objectives of the Company through the knowledgeable advocating of new and enhanced technologies.
  • Evaluates, recommends, and selects equipment, services and vendors.
  • Manages all financial requirements for the procurement, deployment and maintenance of the WINTEL systems of the company.

    Job Specifications:

  • College degree, preferably a B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years hands-on and management with responsibility for MIS systems support and deployment.
  • Experience in a fast paced, growing organization or corporate structure environment required.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to interface with users and staff.
  • Must be able to work in stressful situations.
