The Accolade Application Specialist will actively participate in Accolade software operations by managing, installing and configuring the application to meet business/stakeholder needs. He/she will primarily be involved in supporting end-users from ID creation and management through desktop support. Accolade (Sopheon Corp.) is a business tool used within Corporate Marketing Organization (CMO) to manage the New Product Development process (VZLaunch), Portfolio Process and line of business operational processes.
