Request Notes: Must Have - 3 years of over-all IT experience - 3+ years of web database application development experience using MVC Architecture - 3+ years of experience using J2EE, Struts, JSP, Servlets, Beans, EJB's, JMS, XML, UML - 3 years of extensive Oracle 8i/9i experience, proficient in SQL, PLSQL, DB Design/Development - Strong front-end development skills in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT - Ability to develop basic images/icons for web pages using any graphical dev. tools Adobe, etc - Proficient experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle is required. - Must be a quick learner, have excellent interpersonal skills, and effectively work on and with multiple project teams. - Must have used JBuilder/JDeveloper, SQL Navigator/TOAD, Apache, Tomcat, Unix Solaris, Oracle 8i/9i for production-level projects - MS or BS degree in Computer Science - Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively interact with clients and business users. Desired, but not required - Sun Certifications e.g., Sun Certified Programmer, Sun Certified Developer, Sun Certified Web Component Developer, Sun Certified Enterprise Architect - Oracle SQL/PLSQL Certification - Solid understanding of source code control CVS, Source Safe, etc
