Description
CDI is in HOT/IMMEDIATE need for a MIS Team Lead.

This person will serve as the MIS team lead for all IT projects that have a fulfillment requirement. Fulfillment IT projects include any system that support the distribution of Checks, Gas Cards, satellite radios etc.
A specific fulfillment process has been created to insure assets are properly fulfilled. This person is responsible for making sure this process is followed and projects launched on their scheduled due dates.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage a small team of developers, communicate effectively with data architects, account executives and the QA staff.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Partner with business owners to identify and improve current operating procedures and to clarify functional objectives.

2. Clarify and prioritize requests for enhancements or systems changes with the requestor and documents initiative definition.

3. Manage the department specific solutions, including SDLC, interdependencies, and related tasks such as business process re-engineering and training.

4. Manage MIS and business partnership. Drive collaboration with business owners and users to work toward process and system improvement.

5. Support all business systems in production and provide incremental enhancements to functionality and training as necessary.

6. Demonstrate current, detailed knowledge of fulfillment process.

7. Drive all unit and integration testing, training and start-up of all systems or modifications.

QUALIFICATIONS
BS/BA degree in Information Systems, or a related job experience.

10+ years experience designing, developing, and implementing projects and business applications

At least 5 years of application management experience preferred; should include performing requirements gathering, process design, functional testing, and web customizing/configuration

Must have experience in a leadership role in multiple, full lifecycle, tier 1 or 2 solution implementations

Requires excellent problem management, good communications, and relationship management skills

Must demonstrate effective teamwork skills, following procedures, and functioning well under pressure

Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects of various complexitiesdf-tc
