Description
Familiarity with the operation and functions of the following mobile devices Fujitsu Windows CE devices Hammerhead devices Itronix Gobooks Experience loading wireless client software to these devices, configuring/troubleshooting devices, establishing gateway radio tower connections and testing application software used on the devices. Application software utilized on the devices includes a Trouble Call Management System, Routine Work Management system and Mobile Work Management system. Test scripts for testing these applications on the devices will be documented, however, candidate should have demonstrated experience-testing applications on mobile devices, test script execution, and the recording and resolution of technical issues associated w/testing. Bias for action and teamwork skills to effectively work through issues identified and to ensure efficient delivery of devices to the field. Ability to follow documented procedures to load the client software and test the device. Ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences - technical, business/functional, and business/customer Job may involve some travel within the state of Florida.
