Description
Hot Need! Will interview immediately! Individual responsible for the implementation and support of the Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS). Knowledable in facility management and facility management software. Will maintain database tables, assure data integrity, perform system access reviews, generate maintainance schedules, prepare planned reports, analyze data, track materials usage, improve efficiency of PM scheduling and process client work orders.

Requirements:

Strong MS Access, MS Excel, Macros, Data Mining and Reporting experience. 3 years experience supporting facility maintenance operations along with proficiency working with Microsoft Access, Excel and Office products. Good verbal and written communication skills is essential.
