Description
When applying for this position you MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: resume as Word attachment, job id code, availability, hourly rate and citizenship/visa status. Convert exisiting Excel spreadsheets into logical Access database. Involves designing of new database and security aspect. Input and update the database, create online forms, and produce reports. Design system so that the Access database can be routinely exported back to Excel spreadsheets as other reporting demands are contingent on original format. Assign and maintain privileges and access of 10-15 on a shared drive (not desktop). Document an administration and/or user guide. Requirements: Sr-level (5+ yrs) Microsoft Access development. Full knowledge of security aspect - understanding hierarchies for privileges, read only, hiding confidential data, data level with queries, and record locking. Logical design of process.
