Robert Half Technology is currently recruiting for a Microsoft CRM System Administrator on a contract to hire basis for a global IT consulting company dedicated to using the Microsoft platform to help enterprises achieve profitable growth, located in downtown Seattle.JOB SUMMARY: Administer the Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 3.0 Application. Job duties include end user experience/account management, build and provide recurring reports, create/maintain teams/territories/roles, trend management, taxonomy management, provide business support to global user community, participate in after hours phone calls as needed, maintain end user documentation/FAQs/Sites, execute recurring tasks, create and maintain workflows, and implement production changes. In addition to experience with Microsoft CRM 3.0, experience with SQL Server 2005 is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables is strongly preferred. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL):• Microsoft CRM 3.0• Microsoft Windows• Microsoft Active Directory• Microsoft IIS• Microsoft SQL Server 2005• Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables• Excellent interpersonal skills• Detail OrientedPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS• MCSE Certification• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification(s)• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft CRM 4.0 (Titan) preferred• Experience supporting a global workforce• Experience working with users at all levels of an organization• Experience with MOF or ITIL processes is desired
