Seeking an MS Exchange Subject Matter Expert to support Internet Solutions Company that serves the Real Estate industry. They make solutions that help Real Estate Agents manage their business, offering: MLS, Agent, Broker and IDX Solutions. They are a real estate services firm taht hosts real estate websites and e-mail communications for the real estate community.

Seeking an MS Exchange expert to support large remote client base of real estate agents and virtual servers that manage their e-mail system, websites and MLS listing sites. This resource will be asked to come in and assess current MS Exchange issues that plague the environment, offer subject matter expertise and solutions to these issues. They have hundreds of remote servers taht support a large network of Real Estate agents. They use Exchange to forward mail from their servers to the Real Estate Agents. One area of concern is the stablization of the mail forwarding system - They are having issues with SPAM reporting applications that will affect the whole system and network of Agents.

Candidate MUST have:
Strong, expert level experience and expertise with MS Exchange.
ISP level experience and expertise to consult on issues and offer solutions and timelines.
Candidates with experiece working for ISP, web hosting firms are ideal.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of professionals technical and non-technical is essential.- This is a need for a true consultant that can offer subject matter expertise in MS Exchange and the web hosting environment.
Strong analysis and problem definition and resolution skills - Candidate MUST be able to come in and assess the current environment, offer short-term and long-term solutions to stablize the company's systems.df-tc
