Description

Provide customer-friendly desktop computer services to Executive Level Staff. This support includes installing and maintaining Windows XP PCs and laptops in a Windows 2000/2003 ethernet environment, as well as associated end-user hardware and software products, and providing limited instruction in using these products (e.g., Microsoft Office XP, Internet Explorer, GroupWise, Visio, MS Project, etc.). Three (3) years experience working providing computer support in an enterprise with at least 1,000 users. Two (2) years experience providing computer support to Executive-level staff. Three (3) years experience supporting Windows XP clients in an ethernet environment. Three (3) years experience supporting Office XP or higher. Three (3) years experience supporting GroupWise. Two (2) years experience using an enterprise Help Desk system such as Peregrine Service Center or Remedy. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
