Company in West Orange area has a 3 month contract position available for an MS Outlook 2007 Trainer. This position will report to an IT Manager. Responsibilities will involve training staff in MS Outlook 2007 functions after migrating from Lotus Notes. All training materials will be provided. The ideal candidate will have advanced MS Outlook 2007 skills and some knowledge of Lotus Notes. Candidate will be responsible for conducting 1-2 training classes per day. Must have superb communication skills and be able to speak well in front of groups of 10-20 people. Individual should be able to teach staff how to set up standard MS Outlook functions such as signature pickers, contact lists, calendars, folders, etc. Additionally this position will involve showing staff how to access archived information in Lotus Notes.
