MS Exchange, Active Directory


- 3 - 5 years working in a medium-size environment (150+ servers, 2000+ users)
- 5 years working with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange 2000/2003 and IIS
- Professional Software Engineering skills are required.
- 3 - 5 years of advanced personal computer and server based business systems support and administration experience
- Ability to perform typical advanced skills including support of hardware, software, LAN/WAN internetworking, operating systems, security and file administration, basic scripting, and all day to day operational support functions
- Requires a strong customer focus and excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good oral, telephone, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Must be able to both learn from and cross-train others.
- Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment as necessary.
- MCSE is preferred
