Description: Responsible for daily administration of Biztalk application servers as required supporting the eHub refresh project. This position will be responsible for: . Management of server configurations to ensure code rolls, OS and security patches and other infrastructure changes are handled consistently across all eHub servers. . Responsible for the development, implementation and enforcement of operational procedures associated with the maintenance of eHub servers. . Performance monitoring and application tuning as required for load testing. Installation and configuration of eHub environments. . Day-to-day engagements with SQL and Windows administrators for incident resolution and deployment of application upgrades/changes. The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able and willing to come up to speed quickly on Ford's eHub application. The focus of this position is on the administration of Biztalk and associated Windows server 2003 administration.

Technical Skills (Must Have): - 5+ years experience as administator on an enterprise level application. Experience should include capacity management, load testing and performance testing.
5+ years Windows admin experience (some window 2003 preferred). Should include experience in code deployment, management of active directory groups, backup/restore processes and application monitoring
Experience with SQL connections, queries, and store procedures.
Strong operational background with proven track record in the area of creating and maintaining operational documentation
Experience dealing with Ford's IT policies and procedures. Emphasis on interaction with Data Center and SQL teams as required to support an enterprise application.
Strong team player
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated, self starter.
