Description
-Provide day to day support for all MS Windows system related outages and problems -Work on assigned projects to completion -Attend production control meetings and determine when maintenance changes impact the systems -Manage trouble tickets using Remedy -Work after hours maintenance to implement system changes and fixes -Participate in the On-Call rotation with other Systems Administrator -Be able to work well with others in high pressure situations, such as system outages -Effectively communicate status to management and peers -Document system changes using Visio and Microsoft word -Follow and Maintain Corporate security policies. - HP Openview ITO, NNM, VPO and template building experience -Network Appliance administration -Knowledge of Remedy Ticketing System and Asset Management-Experience with configuration management and documentation, to include change process management and records management -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Microsoft Office applicationsdf-tc
