Required:
* Ability and willingness to relocate immediately to the Eastern or Central US city where position is located;
* MSEE required;
* Provide significant portfolio of peer-reviewed and refereed publications in Power Electronics;
* 10 years Industry or Academic R&D experience Following your MSEE;
* 5 years Industry or Academic R&D Leadership experience with Power Electronics including Energy Storage, fuel cells and batteries, renewable/alternative energy systems, solar power, wind power, switches, converter, drives, magnetics, emissions and interference, thermal, etc;
* Excellent verbal and written English communications;

Preferred:
* PhD, Electrical Engineering, Physics, etc;
* US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (green card) due to ITAR requirements periodically;

This is a hands-on Research and Development R&D Sr. Engineer position to Lead the Design efforts with Power Electronics including Energy Storage, semiconductor power switches, integrated magnetic structures, thermal, electromagnetic, power quality, control, fuel cells and batteries, renewable energy sources, electric drives, etc. You will also provide Technical Leadership to less experienced Electrical Engineers.

You must have MSEE with 10 years in industrial or academic R&D experience after your MSEE or PhD. You must provide a significant portfolio of peer reviewed and refereed publications in Electrical Power systems; publication lists must be submitted in order to be considered;
You must exhibit technical expertise with Electrical & Thermal hardware & software co-design of Power electronics.
You must exhibit hands-on implementation with multi-physics and variable speed drives and alternate energy systems.

This position includes the following:
* Permanent position with large corporation; excellent benefits; bonus potential
* Annual salary of $110,000 to $133,000 depending on experience (Target =. Relocation required; company-paid relocation package;
* 40 to 50 hour work week
* 25% travel, Monday through Friday, home weekends
