Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. Perot Systems is currently looking for a MSO Application Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall MSO application support functions.
  • Resolution of application incidents and requests for applications that support physician clinic operations.
  • Managing small scale planning and implementation projects.
  • Providing 7x24 on-call support rotation for applications that support physician clinic operations.

    Required Skills:
  • 2 plus years of experience supporting Physician Practice Management and/or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) applications in a physician clinic environment.

  • 2 years project management experience managing small to medium size projects.

  • Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills.


    • Desired Skills:
  • 2 years IDX Flowcast support experience.

  • 2 years Allscripts EMR support experience.


    • Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • High school degree required, a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
