Description
Looking for an MSO Technician to be responsible for the maintenance and operation of all MSO Fixed Network Engineering equipment to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.

Monitors, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains network equipment using preventive maintenance schedules and documented procedures.

Activities will include New EBTS activations, Support of datafill validation, and downloading of changes to EBTS equipment, Monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining network equipment using preventive maintenance schedules and documented procedures.
Will be responsible for Escalation to local and national support teams, and to support Engineering and Facilities staff with project related tasksdf-tc

Experience/Skills
MSO work experience including knowledge of transport layer; DS0, T1 and T3 circuits.
