Description
MSO Technician is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all MSO Fixed Network Engineering equipment to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.

Monitors, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains network equipment using preventive maintenance schedules and documented procedures.
Activities include:
*New EBTS activations
*Support of datafill validation, downloading of changes to EBTS equipment.
*Maintaining transport layer; DS0, T1 and T3 circuits.
*Escalation to local and national support teams.
*Support Engineering and Facilities staff with project related tasks -

MUST HAVE:
*Knowledge of MSO network engineering equipment
*Knowledge in network equipmentmaintenance -
*High School diploma or equivalent
*3-5 years experience in related wireless/telecom operations field
