A multi-brand company that designs, develops, produces and markets traditional toys, leisure products and writing instruments for children and adults worldwide, is seeking a top notch Mac Support Technician to work in an environment that is 70% Mac to 30% PC/Windows. Experience/Skills
> 3+ years of hands-on Macintosh experience and Windows networking experience or educational equivalent > In-depth experience in Apple Workstation OS installation and support, and experience with OS X Server and Open Directory > Knowledge of SMB, AFP, Apple Remote Desktop, FTP > Strong Mac hardware troubleshooting/installation/replacement skills > Advanced knowledge of creative applicants; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, In Design, Acrobat Professional), Extensis Suitcase > In-depth experience in Windows XP Workstations > Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange/Outlook > Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 (Win) and 2004 (Mac) (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) > Experience with Windows 2003 server > Experience with LAN, WAN, TCP/IP > Active Directory experience > Must be able to lift 50lbs. > Strong customer service skills > Ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment > Ability to work as a member of a team > 3D Design programs (Rhino, LightWave, Solid-Works) experience, a plus
