We are currently recruiting for a MacPac Developer to be located out of Cincinnati, OH. JOB SUMMARY: This is a Business Analyst position, responsible for the support and development of Technical Systems within the clients Manufacturing Environment. This person will analyze business requirements, produce requirements documents, produce technical specifications, manage third-party software development as well as developing software personally, manage testing and manage the implementation and support of these systems. The Business Analyst support existing operations by responding to support requests, answering technical questions and providing support to the operation. This person may manage projects and manage third-party developers and other resources. Minimum of 5 years of application development within a Manufacturing environment. APICS certification is a plus. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Support for existing applications. * Analysis of business processes and requirements. * Development of technical solutions, using C++, Oracle and other technical skills. * Management of third-party resources and products. * Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and PSM standards and requirements in all aspects of the role. OBJECTIVES: * Deliver new applications to meet business requirements, as assigned. * Support existing applications within the environment, primarily focused on C++ programs for NC code generation and the Order Entry interface, but also including other areas as assigned. * Compliance with programming and operating standards. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Knowledge & Work Experience: - Business Analysis skills- Documentation experience (Functional Specifications, Technical design documents)- Software development in C++ or C#- Oracle database development - SQLPLUS, PL/SQL - Oracle Discoverer- AS/400, OS/400, RPG/400, CL/400 is helpful- 5 years in Application Development and 2 years in project management Education & Minimum Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 7-8 years of work experience Additional Skills (Computer/Technical): System interfaces, Data warehouse, database design, ERP Functional Knowledge, Oracle Apps 11i skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Hours of work required: 40 Travel % of time? 25% Compensation and benefits package is highly competitive and reflects individual/team contribution.
